Shipping Information

We warehouse and ship all orders ourselves. This allows us to ship your order either the same day that it is ordered, or the next business day. Our web site is constantly monitored so that we do not accept orders for items that are not in stock. If it is possible for you to complete your order, then the item that you ordered should ship the same or the next business day. We ship all orders weighing over 3 lbs by UPS. Orders under 3 lbs will ship by US Priority Mail for the UPS ground rate. Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed as soon as you enter the "Ship To" address on the order screen. The shipping charge is the actual UPS charge to us to ship your order - we do not add a "handling" fee or add any other fees to your order.
